Delivery
As trade customers your orders are our priority in processing and dispatching. If you place an order before 3pm on a working day (Monday-Friday), we will dispatch this the same working day on a 24-48 hour working day service.
Once we have dispatched your order from our warehouse, you will receive notification of dispatch alongside tracking information.
We are unable to provide a specific day and time for delivery. Please refer to your tracking information as the courier will update your tracking log with a delivery time frame on the morning of your delivery date.
Please note the courier can deliver anytime between 8am - 6pm on working days.
